Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan is free for 30 days with no card. At the end you choose a plan. Your records stay yours either way.

What counts as a receipt read for me?

Each receipt, bill or payment proof that Books reads and prepares an entry from. Entries you type yourself, invoices you issue and bank lines you import don't count.

What happens if I go over my receipts?

Nothing breaks. You can keep adding entries by hand, or move up a plan.

Does my accountant need to pay?

No. Every plan includes a seat for your accountant. Firms that keep books for many clients use the Firm plan instead.

Is e-Invoicing really included?

Yes. LHDN MyInvois submission is in every plan with no per-invoice fee.

Can I claim this under a grant?

Accounting software can qualify for government digitalisation grants and e-Invoicing costs can qualify for tax relief. Check the current terms with your accountant or the grant agency. We can send you a quotation for your application.
