How is the Firm plan priced?
RM 29 per client business per month, from 5 clients. Your staff seats are unlimited and each client gets everything in the Business plan.
Who controls access to a client's books?
Access comes from an engagement between your firm and the client business. Your staff work under it, and when the engagement ends your access ends with it.
We're a secretarial firm. Does Books do statutory records?
No. Books keeps your clients' accounts: bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and reports. Registers, resolutions and SSM filings stay in your secretarial tool. Many secretarial firms offer bookkeeping as a second service, and that's what Books is for.
Can our clients submit their own e-invoices?
Yes, from their own business in Books. Submitting e-invoices on a client's behalf is arranged separately from the bookkeeping engagement.
We use SQL Account today. Can we move?
